We will begin taking reservations for any date in 2012 on:

August 1st, 2011

We appreciate your enthusiasm, but be aware of these things:

• We will start answering phones at 8 am, MST.
• We answer the phones first.
• Faxes and voicemails will be responded to once the phones stop ringing (this means leaving a voicemail will actually result in a reservation being made AFTER those that are calling in).
• Only 3 reservations will be made for one person. A separate call is required by someone else to make additional reservations.
• Please be considerate and call prepared.
